The Glassboro Cornerstone, a 31,000 sq ft mixed use building, is the latest venture owned and operated by KAAB High Street Holdings, LLC, a family owned and operated company, focused on creating value through real estate development.

Alfred Bartolomeo, Chief Operations Officer
Alfred was the Senior Operations Manager at The Nestle Group of North America for 22 years before deciding to open his own business. As an entrepreneur over the last 15 years, Al has been an owner/operator of several businesses in the hospitality and entertainment industry in Glassboro and surrounding towns. Bogey’s Club and Café provides a la carte dining, weekly live entertainment as well as banquet facilities overlooking the Pitman golf course. Studio 24 Scoops and More, LLC is an innovative ice cream and sandwich shop in downtown Glassboro. Al is also the founder and co-owner of Winterland Management, LLC a seasonal ice skating experience operating in southern New Jersey.
In 2011, Al was awarded the Gloucester County Businessman of the Year.
For the Glassboro Cornerstone Project, Al will be responsible for the day to day operations of the building, including project management of the construction phase and on-site property management.
Kim Bartolomeo, Chief Communications Officer
Kim is one of the founding partners of Let’s Dance Studio and has been the owner/operator of this business for the past 30 years. Kim and her partner took a leadership role in the redevelopment of the downtown Glassboro area by investing in the construction of a 14,000 sq ft building known as the Academy of Performing Arts Center, providing local area children and adults with performing arts classes. Let’s Dance continues to be the premier dance studio and has just doubled in size as a result of the newly announced merger with a neighboring dance academy.
Leveraging her 30 years of performing arts experience and teaching dance students, Kim will assume responsibility for Client Management in the new Glassboro Cornerstone.
Barbara Voda-Bartolomeo, Chief Financial Officer
Barbara is a NJ licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with experience in marketing, selling, renting and managing residential real estate. In her 22 year career at JPMorganChase, Barbara held a variety of positions in the Retail Banking sector, including Project Manager, Retail Bank Controller and District Manager. In her role as Manager of Retail Facilities during two bank mergers, she led the planning, construction, regulatory communication and project management of 230 branch consolidations throughout New York and New Jersey. Barbara manages her real estate portfolio through marketing of the properties, procurement and management of tenants, lease negotiations. She holds an MBA in Finance from NYU.
Barbara will oversee the financial related activities for the Glassboro Cornerstone.
